Local (0–50 miles) – Free (included in package)
Full Regional (51–200 miles) – $150 flat fee
Extended (201–500 miles) – $400 + lodging
Long Haul (500+ miles) – Custom quote (flight, lodging, meals)

Hosting an event can be expensive, but there are ways to make streaming more affordable. Blue Lane Media works with event hosts to coordinate Event Sponsors and Ads that help offset costs. These can include on-screen logos, mentions during the stream, or short ad spots. Sponsors gain exposure while supporting the community, and hosts get professional streaming without carrying the full cost alone.

For larger, long-term opportunities, Blue Lane Media also offers official sponsorship packages that help sustain coverage throughout the year. These sponsorships support the growth of Blue Lane Media while giving businesses ongoing visibility across streams and media content.
